At UGMarkt, we offer fast and affordable delivery across the University of Ghana campus. Here’s everything you need to know about how and where we deliver your orders.

⏱️ Delivery Schedule

• Food Products : Food oredrs are deliverd with 20 – 45 minutes depending delivery type (express or standard)
• Other Categories ;  orders placed before 2 PM  other categories are delivered on the same day.
• Orders (Non-food) after 2 PM will be delivered the next morning or next available schedule.
• Delivery window: 8 AM – 8 PM (Monday to Saturday)

💵 Delivery Fee 

•  Rate: up to GHS 15 per order (depending on your zone)
• Free Delivery on your first order or for orders above GHS 150

🛍️ How Delivery Works

1. Place your order on UGMarkt.com
2. You’ll get a confirmation via email or SMS
3. Our rider contacts you 15 mins before delivery
4. You receive your item at your hall entrance or agreed pickup spot

🔁 Missed a Delivery?

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

• You can reschedule once for free
• Further attempts may attract an extra GHS 3 fee
