β Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The item delivered does not match the description or image.
- You change your mind within 24 hours of delivery (applies only to unused, unopened items).

- You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
π¦ Items Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care items (e.g., creams, toothbrushes).
- Innerwear or hygiene-related products.
- Sale/discounted items marked “non-refundable”.
- Items returned after the return window.
π How to Return an Item

- Provide:
- Your Order Number
- A clear photo or video of the item (for damaged/wrong items)
- Reason for return β see section 3 (return window)
- Our team will guide you through the return or pickup process.
π΅ Refunds
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Youβll be refunded via Mobile Money or your original payment method within 1β3 business days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π Exchanges
- If available, we can replace your item with a new one instead of issuing a refund.
- Exchanges are processed within 2β4 days after approval.
π΅ Return Pickup
If you’re in Accra-Legon, we can arrange for our Kesseriders to pick up your return. Pickup charges may apply for change-of-mind returns.
