  1. Contact our Support Team via WhatsApp or Email: within 24 hours
  2. Provide:
    • Your Order Number
    • A clear photo or video of the item (for damaged/wrong items)
    • Reason for return – see section 3 (return window)
  3. Our team will guide you through the return or pickup process.

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You’ll be refunded via Mobile Money or your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
