⏱️ Delivery Schedule

• Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 2 PM
• Orders after 2 PM will be delivered the next morning
• Delivery window: 8 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

💵 Delivery Fee

• Flat Rate: GHS 5 per order (anywhere on campus)
• Free Delivery on your first order or for orders above GHS 100

🛍️ How Delivery Works

1. Place your order on UGMarkt.com
2. You’ll get a confirmation via email or SMS
3. Our rider contacts you 30 mins before delivery
4. You receive your item at your hall entrance or agreed pickup spot

🔁 Missed a Delivery?

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

• You can reschedule once for free
• Further attempts may attract an extra GHS 3 fee
